Peter Marno won a competitive tender to manage the health insurance plan for Railtrack which became Network Rail. Subsequently, Peter converted their arrangements into a healthcare trust.  While continuing to advise on the trust - including monthly claims reports - he then consolidated their Employee Assistance Programmes under one provider and, finally, helped re-tender their occupational health services.
