Peter consolidated 6 health insurance plans into one major plan for 2,000 senior staff at BOC - now Linde.

This brought considerable savings as well as improvements in benefits. Following this success, Peter was asked to look after their international plan - this had not been included in the main plan for good risk reasons. Further, he was asked to help introduce Drug & Alcohol testing to Gist (their logistics division), and, finally, manage a competitive tender for their occupational health services.
